The thesis shows the theoretical generalization and there had been suggested a solution of scientific tasks to ensure the successful development of the company through the implementation of project management processes, focused on improving and balancing the values of the results for all project stakeholders. The theoretical foundations of category of the project value had been considered and the analysis of its conditions and factors for stakeholders had been conducted. The foundations of project management process decomposition and relationship between the concepts of quality, value and maturity of project management had been considered. The elements of value-process project management system at the enterprise had been identified, described and systematized. The analysis of international experience in practical research of project management processes maturity had been conducted and author's approach of their maturity modeling had been considered. There had been proposed and conducted practical testing of the project management process maturity evaluation tool on the basis of domestic enterprises. The analysis and synthesis of project management processes development research results as a first factor in forming of the project value had been considered. Project stakeholders value management system of procedures and tools had been proposed. Project value management processes had been described and provisions of implementation of project value management processes into the project management process system of the enterprise had been proposed. Theoretical and methodological approaches of the evaluation projected economic efficiency of implementation of project value management processes into the project management system of the enterprise had been proposed and conducted testing.
