The thesis deals with hygienic assessment of grape and vegetables (potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions) chemical protection system, substantiation of regulations for pesticide Orvego, SC safe application, and development of hygienic standards for the new active ingredient ametoctradin. Acceptable daily intake for humans, hygienic standards of ametoctradin content in the water of ponds used for household and drinking water supply, in working zone air, atmospheric air, soil, and plants were substantiated. Analytical methods for ametoctradin determination in working zone air, atmospheric air, soil, water and plants were developed.
