Dissertation is devoted to theoretical and systematic experimental study of psychological factors in the formation of civil responsibility in youthful age. Determined the theoretical approaches to the study of civil liability and justified its structural components (cognitive, emotional and motivational, behavioral and volitional, moral and spiritual), regional and age-related features (identity development, the pursuit of self-development, development of reflection), criteria and indicators (civic awareness , the meaning of life values, a sense of confidence and reliability, a sense of trust in the society, the motivation for action, and others.), levels (low, medium, high), psychological factors (radicality, discipline, flexibility, emotional stability, dominance, independence, self-control, intelligence , balance, choice of position in life (structural, defense)) in adolescence. Conceptual psychological model of the formation of civil liability in older adolescence. Designed, tested and proved the effectiveness of the program of psycho-pedagogical support to strengthen the influence of psychological factors on the formation of civil liability in older adolescence and psychological and pedagogical formulated recommendations for its effective implementation in schools.
