The dissertation is complex research of the theory understanding and practice of implementation of normative interpretation, in which the problems of historiography and methodology of the study, the concept and nature of normative interpretation, its characteristics and properties are investigated. Characteristics and properties of normative interpretation are: officialization; compulsory; depersonification; its object are texts of laws and by-laws, and the result - the adoption of act normative interpretation; goal of normative interpretation is to clarify and explain the content of legal rules.
