This research focuses on the new integrated approaches to solve the problems of miscarriages of justice in civil proceedings Ukraine. The main achievements of research focuses on the increasing role and importance of justice in civil cases, improving the effectiveness of its implementation. The main achievement of the study is a system of knowledge about judicial errors that cause the unity of approaches to its understanding. In the study are not only determined the nature of judicial error, the causes and conditions of its origin, the ways of fixing them, but also the creation of appropriate areas for action to prevent them. It appears, that the main areas we have been formulated, but their specification and development should be the subject of separate dissertation research and our scientific curiosity in the future.
