The principles to be defended are as follows: the interpretation of this concept as a set of legal qualities of an individual that are united into a special juridical form; the conceptualization (common social, common legal, institutional) of a gist of a legal entity, the concept of which has a common legal value, and therefore its interpretation should not be limited just to the aim of the property turnover; the recognition of a state by the subject of law as a juridical corporate entity, with the main aim of not just the submission of all participants of legal relationship to the single source of power.
