The object of study: the interaction of public authorities and civil society institutions. Objective: theoretical study and develop practical recommendations on establishing cooperation of public authorities with civil society in the context of globalization. Methods: Analysis of categorical and etymological, historical, synchronous and diachronic, structural and functional comparative historical and comparative legal analysis, statistical and structural and systematic methods. Results justification is theoretical principles and the practical recommendations on establishing cooperation of public authorities with civil society in the context of globalization. Novelty: the mechanism of interaction between public authorities and civil society institutions in the context of globalization; improved - justification for establishing the principles of social partnership at the local level and so on. Introduced in the activities of the Kharkiv Regional Council and others. USES: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
