Essay

Proposed methods of strain rate imaging evaluation of end diastolic volume, ejection fraction, average wall thickness, average end diastolic diameter and remodeling type of the left ventricular had greater accuracy then traditionally evaluated analogues. They didn't depends from left ventricular shape and reduces examination's time. Strain rate models and shortening contractile abnormalities' systematization that were described at this work allowed to enhance the objectivity of segmental contractile activity's validation and to simplify the evaluation of postoperative dynamic of patients' with coronary heart disease state. The developed "curves' readingconception" and contractile activity evaluation's gradation allow just at early postoperative period to predict changes of heart muscle in late term after intervention with great precision. This applies the opportunity for corresponding specialists to track the state of patients with coronary heart disease after surgery treatment much better.
