Suleimanova S. Legal restriction of the use of foreign currency in the economic circulation in Ukraine

The work is devoted to research concepts, signs and legal principles limiting the use of foreign currency in the economic circulation. The thesis is the definition of currency restrictions in view of the current legislation and provided their classification for various reasons. The characteristic of foreign currency transactions and foreign currency payments as a form of currency restrictions and their attachment to the contract as a currency clause. Suggestions for improvement of current legislation by taking full comprehensive regulatory act – the Law of Ukraine “On Currency Regulation and principles of currency control”. Also provided basic directions of improvement of currency control principles.
