Bala O. Prediction and prevention of postabortion complications in women with the missed abortion in the early stages

The thesis is devoted to actual scientific problems - the reduction in the frequency passaporti severly complications of early pregnancy through the development and implementation of predictive and preventive interventions based on the study results of the clinical, biochemical, morphological and functional examinations. It is shown that patients with the missed abortion in the early stages of pregnancy is characterized by: younger age, adverse premorbidly background, the frequent gynecological diseases in the anamnesis, a highly infectious index (2,0-2,17). Intrauterine infection of conditionally pathogenic microflora of the elements of the ovum is one of the leading factors that contribute to missed abortion in the early stages of pregnancy, and occurs in more than 90 % of patients. Missed abortion in the early stages of pregnancy is accompanied by the development of endogenous intoxication syndrome, markers of which are integral hematological parameters. Based on the results of the research proposes a comprehensive method for the prevention and treatment of postabortion complications in women with the missed abortion on early terms.
