The thesis is devoted to the problem of prediction and early diagnosis of miscarriage and treatment to reduce perinatal morbidity and mortality. Established adverse prognostic factors in the genesis of cerebral disorders for premature babies. Identified early predictive markers of miscarriage on the basis of ultrasonic, doppler and bioelectrical methods. It is established that increased nuchal translucency is more than 50 percentile in combination with a decrease in crown-rump length is less than the 50th percentile, in the period 11-12 weeks indicates a high risk of miscarriage. It is proved that the increase of peripheral vascular resistance in both uterine arteries at term 11-12 weeks of pregnancy, which is accompanied by the appearance arteriograph type of blood flow in the intervellousum space in combination with nuchal translucency thickness that does not exceed the 95th percentile are early markers of formation of obstetric pathology, particularly of miscarriage. Proven no statistically significant difference in the effectiveness of the use of the most common methods of acute tocolys (magnesia therapy, beta-agonists, calcium channel blockers), depending on the duration of pregnancy.
