Golubenko I. Investment disputes in private international law

The thesis is an independent complete scientific work dedicated to the research of implementation of investment disputes in private international law. The thesis analyzed types of investment relations. The concept of investment and the legal status of the foreign investor, sources the current state regulation of investment relations have been defined. The author investigates three main forms of investment agreements, bilateral investment treaties (BITs) signed by two countries; regional investment agreements signed by groups of countries within the same region; and multilateral investment agreements. Historical and current trends of investment agreements are analyzed.
