Khudenko O. Legal Regulation of Legal Entities' Concerted Practices with Intellectual Property Rights.

The thesis is an independent completed scientific work devoted to complex research of legal regulation of legal entities' concerted practices with intellectual property rights. Concept, features and form of legal entities' concerted practices are researched in this work. Thesis gives the definition of concerted practices with intellectual property rights, their characteristics and improved classification, and highlights particularities of application of block exemption for concerted practices with intellectual property rights. Moreover, the work evaluates efficiency and admissibility for restrictions used in concerted practices with intellectual property rights. Restrictions in legal entities' concerted practices are defined as limits on activities of participants in horizontal or vertical concerted practices, in which one or more participants take on restrictions of conditions for sale (purchase or production if they affect the conditions of sale) of goods or relations with other market subjects.
