Kharkovliuk-Balakina N. Information evaluation and optimization of person's working activity under mental stress

In the present work information technology of integral evaluation and correction of human performance under mental stress was offered, which allows to obtain an objective assessment of the psychophysiological potential of workers of different ages and is oriented towards the realization of the concept of preserving labor activity at all stages of the professional biography of a person. An information and structural model for assessing the provision of mental capacity for work of an individual has been constructed, and age criteria for his professional health have been obtained. A method has been developed for an integral evaluation of a person's working capacity under mental stress using information technology. An algorithm for optimizing the activity of people of different ages with mental loads is developed, which justifies the timely application of means of correcting working capacity (means of rehabilitation or vocational rehabilitation) to prevent the emergence of destructive functional states in employees of retirement age. The scientific data on the influence of the age factor on the performance of intellectuals have been supplemented. An original criterion is the increase in physiological costs for the professional implementation of the employee. The determinants of accelerated professional aging are associated with working conditions and lifestyle.
