Essay

The dissertation is clarified and expanded the concept of "means of mass communication", "information society", "information power", taking into account the specifics of their use in the domestic environment. Mass media is currently proposed to be understood as an extensive system of institutions, which - even taking into account their institutional nature - is not part of the political communication, but is a "circulatory system" of social communication in general, because the main function of this system - the collection, processing, dissemination of information. Expand the essence of the concept of "information power", which is regarded as syntagma of such communication system.
