Poludov O. Substantiation of medical tactics in patients with gastrointestinal disease complicated by obstructive jaundice

The Thesis is devoted to improvement of the results of surgical treatment of patients with gastrointestinal disease complicated by obstructive jaundice by means of optimization of medical tactics due to complex examination of patients and in-depth analysis of the collected data and it is also devoted to reducing the frequency of postoperative complications and lethality. The peculiarities of the clinical course of the complicated gastrointestinal disease were established in the treatment with stage ductal and transpapillar methods. There were studied dopplerometric indices of hepatic blood flow and efficiency of ultrasound treatment with the method of "virtual clock" for establishing the level and causes of biliary obstruction. Some criteria for assessment of the functional condition of the liver were developed on the basis of dopplerometric indices and biochemical indicators.
