Kazakov V. Diagnostics, prevention and treatment of the colonic anastomoses failure

Thesis is devoted to the improvement of the patients' treatment results with colon resection and primary colonic fistula by developing new ways of surgical prevention of anastomosis failure based on the study of pathogenetic effects of undifferentiateddysplasia ofthe connective tissue.In the research work, the diagnostics and the analysis of surgical treatment of 163 patients with the colon resection and the imposition of colonic anastomosis is carried out. It is recommended to use one-row suture in the patients with the presence of UDCT of the 3d (severe) degree in the formation of CA as well as the suture's protection with film explant and spongistatane sponge with antibiotic's irrigation on the proposed methodsaccording to the results of the work.
