Gajdu O. Modernization of public administration of maritime economic complex's development of Ukraine on state and regional levels

Theoretical principles of public administration of maritime economic complex's development are systematized in this work. The directions of improving the mechanisms of public administration of maritime economy complex's development are proposed. It will let to abolish the existing contradictions and problems, employing methods of program-oriented management, provisions of systematic approach and innovation management. Basic components of the mechanism of public administration of investment potential of maritime economy complex of the region are systematized in this work. Scientifically justified proposals for the modernization of public administration system of maritime economic complex's development (based on cluster approach) are made. In particular, the necessity of legislative approval of cluster policy's regulations and, therefore, the development of the Strategy for maritime economic clusters are grounded.
