Essay

The thesis is a complex theoretical and legal study of the doctrines of environmental law. The dissertation deals with the content and problems of the formation of environmental law doctrines, their properties and functions are explained: explanatory - it makes it possible to clearly distinguish the need to protect natural objects from illegal use, thefts, seizures, fires and anthropogenic impact; axiological - a term that indicates the value social, social and cultural significance of natural objects; System-forming - is considered on the example of the development of Ukrainian environmental legislation; creative function - is to develop and disseminate ideas for their application in practice; heuristic function - is based on the possibility of fixing new theories, scientific discoveries and modern technologies in the sense of regulatory legal acts; identification function - is a property of natural objects that correspond to certain indicators, the possibility of using the doctrine to determine the degree to which certain state and legal solutions comply with the tasks and goals set by the legislator.
