Essay

Based on a comprehensive study of civil-legal regulation of individual recognition insolvent in Ukraine, developed theoretical principles and practical recommendations on improvement of legislative regulation of this institution. The current definition of civil insolvency as the inability of the debtor to perform after the established term liabilities to creditors, not only through the restoration of its solvency if such debtor's obligations not related to the conduct of his business activities.
