The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of the inviolability of the home as a complex intersectoral legal institution. The achievements of modern national legal schools of EU Member States and national heritage of the legal opinion to ensure the inviolability of the home are characterized. The specific features of the legislation of Ukraine and some EU countries, which regulates the issue of inviolability of the home are investigated.
