Essay

A conceptual framework for analysis of the Internet communities has been developed.The distinctive features of the Internet communities’ social capacity application at the regional level have been studied. The author argues for two types of Internet communities: those to form individual capacity of their members and those ones to form collective capacity of the whole community. An indicators system for diagnostics of social capacity of the Internet communities has been developed.
