Essay

The dissertation presents data and developed a new approach to solving the urgent problems of modern obstetrics — improving neonatal survival through rational system maintenance and delivery of women with premature rupture of membranes at 22-28 weeks of gestation. When premature rupture of membranes and very early preterm labor developed and implemented expectant tactics followed by 5 days of delivery by cesarean section women, whose effectiveness is confirmed immunological, morphological research of placentas, studying the health of the newborn in the early neonatal period. Quality indicators the applied system maintenance and delivery of women with PRPO indicator is a survival of newborns.
