Tsar O. Financial reorganization of entities in the economy of Ukraine.

The theory and practice of financial reorganization was analysed; the theoretical principles regarding financial recovery of Ukrainian enterprises was expanded in the thesis. Methodological support diagnosis and comprehensive assessment of the financial condition in dynamics was developed. Guidance to the financial insolvency forecasting based on the use of a risk-based approach was designed and the model of business entities restructuring was elaborated. The measures of state support for the financial recovery of the entities that represent public interest were specified.
