The thesis is devoted to the formation of ecological culture of the future teachers of technology with the use of multimedia. The study highlights the paradigm of modern environmental education. The concept of "ecological culture of the future teacher of technology". The analysis of the nature and content of ecological culture of the future teachers of technology with the use of multimedia. Characterized didactic multimedia capabilities in the professional training of future teachers of technology; the classification of assets and disclosed organizational and pedagogical conditions of their use in the classroom. Grounded features of formation of ecological culture of students in "technological education", designed and tested method of its formation with the use of multimedia and described the interdisciplinary nature of environmental education field disciplines "technological education".
