Essay

Object: platelets in peripheral blood in patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms. Aim: optimize diagnosis of chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms through the development of additional diagnostic criteria.In patients with blast crisis of chronic myeloid leukemia finded growth anisocytosis platelets and decrease their expression of CD42b antigen. In patients with chronic myeloid leukemia treatment with tyrosine kinase inhibitors decrease anisocytosis platelets and increasing their content in granules. Mean platelet logarithm area can be used for differential diagnosis of primary myelofibrosis and polycythemia vera.Medicine.
