Reznikova A. Justified algorithm for the treatment of atopic dermatitis according to the age characteristics

Object of study - the peculiarities of atopic dermatitis in patients of different ages. The aim of study - to develop the algorithm of atopic dermatitis treatment according to age-clinical manifestations of dermatosis and immune status of patients. Methods: general clinical, immunological, allergological, instrumental and statistical. Thesis deals with the personal status of allergy patients with atopic dermatitis with clinical features of age. The features of clinical manifestations of atopic dermatitis data and laboratory testing in children and adults the level of IL-2 and IL-4. Identified autoantibodies to brain antigens, myelin basic protein, protein S-100, neurospecific enolaze, general human brain antigen, which gives reason to evaluate the role of these antibodies in the implementation of itching with atopic dermatitis. The proposed algorithm separate treatment of children and adults suffering from atopic dermatitis given set of allergic and immunological features. Results of the study are introduced into the practice of the Kyiv City Clinical Dermatovenerological hospital of Territorial Medical Association "Dermatovenereology", consultative-diagnostic polyclinic of National Children's Specialized Hospital "OKHMATDYT" of Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, Department of Dermatovenerology of National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after P.L. Shupyk , State Establishment "Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine". Area of usage - Dermatovenerology.
