Object - educational process of elementary school; the aim - to determine the effects of theoretically grounded and experimentally tested didactic conditions of the use of ICT in the educational process of elementary school on the quality of primary education; methods - analysis, comparison, generalization, synthesis, general scientific, empirical, mathematical statistics; novelty - first, didactic conditions of the use of ICT in the educational process of elementary school are theoretically grounded (ICT is developed and implemented in the educational process of elementary school according to the criteria of adaptability - conceptual importance, purposefulness, reproducibility, reliability and optimality and diagnosticity; training teachers to the implementation of ICT in the educational process of elementary school is during the advanced training of teaching staff and directed to the formation of the motivational, theoretical, practical and reflective components of their readiness); the impact of these conditions on the quality of primary education is experimentally determined; the features of the use of ICT in the educational process of elementary school are revealed; the criteria of the assessment of the quality of primary education are concretized through the creation of the factor-criterial model of the quality of its results, of the educational process and the quality of the educational environment. The main results and findings of the study - the didactic conditions of the use of ICT in the educational process elementary school are experimentally tested and can be implemented in elementary school. The materials of the research can be used by elementary school teachers while teaching math, reading, Ukrainian language, natural science, social science; to enhance the professional competence of teachers, graduate students and students of higher pedagogical institutions and institutions of postgraduate education; field - pedagogy.
