Kostina N. Development of the territorial communities' cooperation in the framework of the local self-government reform implementation in Ukraine

The hereby thesis has thoroughly explored the issue of the territorial communities' cooperation, in particular in the framework of the on-going local self-government reform in Ukraine. It is proved justification of the researches of the territorial communities' cooperation as an object of the public administration science. It is also defined its main characteristics. It is pointed out the particularities of the appearance and further evolution of the territorial communities' cooperation in Ukraine and other European countries. It is highlighted the activity of European institutions and other international organizations on supporting further development of the territorial communities' cooperation. It is analyzed the existing legal and normative base on supporting the development of the territorial communities' cooperation as well as main forms of the territorial communities' cooperation and particularities of their implementation in Ukraine. It is studied main subjects, spheres and stages of the realization of the territorial communities' cooperation as well as institutional, resource, informational and other tools for its further development.
