The dissertation is a complex scientific research of problems of legal providing of the execution of obligations under a credit agreement. The theoretical approaches to the definition and characteristic features of the credit agreement are proposed. The place of the credit agreement in the system of civil legal agreements is determined. The essence of the execution and providing of the execution of obligations by the parties under credit agreement is exposed. The author has proposed a concept and classified the ways of providing of the execution of obligations under the credit agreement. Proprietary and binding legal ways of providing of the execution of credit obligations are systematized. The unnamed ways of providing of the execution of the obligations under the credit agreement are classified. The features of such unnamed ways of providing of the execution of the obligations as insurance, cession, factoring, securing fix, irrevocable letter of credit are found out. The theoretical proposals and practical recommendations for improving current legislation and judicial practices in the sphere of providing of the execution of credit obligations are developed.
