The thesis is devoted to systematic chemical-toxicological analysis of antidiabetic drugs glibenclamide, gliclazide and glimepiride. The scheme of directed chemical-toxicological analysis for studied toxicant has been elaborated on the basis of the research that includes effective methods for its isolation from biological objects, sensitive and selective methods of detection and quantification in a range of toxic concentrations.
