Essay

The dissertation presents the research results related to the training of the Master students for their vocal teaching oriented on the innovative technologies. There are exposed the essence of innovative and professional activity and specificity of its vocal-performing, scientific-methodical and vocal-pedagogical forms of appearance. The author brings into sharp focus the structure by the students' training for vocal-innovative activity in the consonance of the need-for-use, cognitive creative and creative activity components. The thesis work introduces the methodological model of postgraduates' training for use of innovative technologies in their future vocational professional activity as an integral didactic system of linked scientific approaches, principles, pedagogical conditions, organizational forms and methods. It is presented the methodology for successful training of Master students for innovative and professional activity on the basis of the following pedagogical conditions: creating an innovative atmosphere in the classes; formation by Master students the ability to adapt methodological and psychological pedagogical knowledge to solving problems of vocal education; acquiring the experience of pedagogical experimentation in vocal educational, performing creative activity and in pedagogical practice. There are determined the criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of future vocal teachers for the introduction of innovative approaches and methods in the vocal educating as a future music teacher. It is developed and approved the methodology of Master students' training for the innovations into the vocal educational process, which includes three stages: motivational stimulating, innovative cognitive and innovative activity. In process of the experiment, students acquire the competency of critical comprehension of alternative methods, development and approbation of methodological innovations in the process of their own training and in the process of pedagogical practice. The statistical check of findings has showed the positive dynamics in the training of Master students for the introduction of innovative methods and technologies in their future activity as a singing teacher.
