Stavytskyi V. Agreement on possession and use of joint immovable property according to legislation of Ukraine.

The dissertation contains research of most important theoretical and practical issues, concerning legal construction of agreement on possession and use of joint immovable property (agreement on specific use of immovable property). Legal nature of an agreement, its elements, grounds for termination and features of protection rights and legitimate interests are researched. It's also determined, that researched agreement ranks independently in the system of legal civil contracts and associated with changes in the legal regime of joint immovable property. Legal civil characteristic of an agreement is conducted and its definition is proposed. Legal mechanisms of transfer of co-owners rights and duties in agreement of specific use of joint immovable property to an acquirer of share in such a property are researched. The elements of an agreement, including its subjective composition, content, form, rights and duties of its parties are analyzed. Legal nature of immovable property as an object of an agreement is determined.
