Kondakov K. Formation of the mechanisms of e-government in Ukraine

The conceptual foundations of e-government have been defined in dissertation. Historical experience of formation of the e-government has been analyzed both in foreign countries and in Ukraine. The categorical and conceptual apparatus of public administration in the information sphere has been extended and specified, particularly concerning content of such categories as "the mechanism of e-government", "territorial information community" etc. Organizational and legal mechanism of public administration by the e-government implementation process in Ukraine have been characterized. The systems analysis of the current legal and regulatory framework of e-government in Ukraine has been realized. Comparative evaluation of the state of e-government development in foreign countries and Ukraine has been realized. The perspective directions of improving the mechanisms of public administration of the e-government implementation process in Ukraine have been determined. Complex mechanism of institutional support of the e-government implementation process in Ukraine at the regional level has been improved. Typical regional program to support the process of implementing e-government has been developed.
