Semeniuk I. The responsibility for maternal infanticide in the criminal legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries

The dissertation investigated a number of theoretical and practical problems aimed at the establishment for maternal infanticide. In work the history of development, modern criminal legislation of Ukraine, practice of its application and criminal legislation of foreign countries on the responsibility for maternal infanticide was characterized. The objective and subjective attributes of maternal infanticide were analyzed. The attributes of maternal infanticide, which allow to distinguish it from adjacent structures of crimes, were carried out. Based on the research, formulated theoretical positions and practical recommendations aimed at improving the corresponding criminal legislation and judicial practice.
