The basic aim of this work is finding new high-level and low-toxic agents with antimicrobial, antifungal, antiviral, anti-hypoxic, anti-oxidant and decongestants, on cerebral edema, effect among 5-(quinolin-2-yl, 2-hydroxyquinoline-4-yl)-4-R-3-thio-1,2,4-triazoles and their derivatives, establishment of regularities between chemical structure of synthesized compounds and biological activity, selection and recommendation the most active compound for preclinical trial.
