Essay

This thesis contains a completely new solution to a pressing scientific problem - improving the efficiency of medical rehabilitation of children with spastic form of cerebral palsy by developing, validating and applying clinical and physiological approach aimed at maximizing the coverage of the sanogenesis mechanisms, using corrective influence of the spiral kinetic chains exercises. After a course of rehabilitation intervention assessment of motor function on a scale GMFM proven probability difference increase mobility of the sum total of 59,71±4,25 to 67,31±3,92 in the main group of patients, and in patients who were engaged by the conventional method gains were only 5,1±0,3 in the whole group. Patients involved in the proposed method, the amount of motion in the neck area of the spine significantly increased when comparing with the figures before the rehabilitation. It has been proved that children under observation, who were used for the proposed complex methods of rehabilitation treatment, noticed a significant performance results improve posture in the sagittal plane, namely in the subgroup of spastic tetraparesis. Comparative evaluation of efficiency of complex rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy by affecting the muscle spirals for integral indices of posture disorder demonstrated superiority of the proposed method compared to the conventional standard period immediately after treatment, as well as 3 months later (р<0,05).
