Essay

In the research were studied features of psychological maladjustment in family members patients suffering from paranoid schizophrenia with long term of diseases, and analyzed psychological, psychosocial and pathopersonological features, developed a comprehensive program of psychocorrection. The signs of system psychological maladjustment recognized in wives and mothers of patients and their included depressive manifestations, anxiety and somatovegetative dysfunction on clinical and subclinical level. The psychological state of wives characterized by prevalence of anxiety-depressive, somatovegetative and obsessive-compulsive symptoms with greater severity of mental anxiety, tension, insomnia, aggression, negativism, confrontational coping and negative attitudes towards disease and more severe psychosocial disadaptation. In mothers psychological state characterized by prevalence asthenic-depressive, adynamic manifestations and cognitive disorders with greater severity of depressive symptoms, guilt, decreased performance and activity, somatic anxiety and coping strategies of distancing and escape-avoidance. These psychological features can developed in sustainable pathocharacterological changes. On the grounds of research data designed complex psychocorrection program directed on psychological disadaptation.
