Essay

Object - acute mechanical injury, pathogenesis of traumatic disease of varying severity victims; goal - to establish the pathogenic role of specific immunological and humoral and metabolic changes in the formation of traumatic acute disease caused by mechanical trauma; methods - general clinical, ELISA, biochemical, immunological, statistical and analytical; results - in the formation of traumatic disease due to acute mechanical injury established that under this condition all parts metabolism undergo changing - hyperglycemia in severe disease course; insulin and cortisol growth, increase of cholesterol and triglycerides; significant changes are identified for fibrinolytic activity and growth of thromboxane B2 with prostacyclin reduction; it is shown that traumatic disease is characterized by forming suppressor mechanism of cellular immune response, with increased absolute and relative number of mature B-lymphocytes; increased concentration of IgM, IgG, CIC in peripheral blood; Inhibitions of complement and natural antibodies, reduced natural killer cells and phagocytic activity of polymorphonuclear leukocytes, bactericidal activity and potential bactericidal activity reserve have been established.
