The dissertation includes precise analyses of theoretical and methodical specifics -of Bank activity Strategic Planning on the Retail financial market. Consolidation of different approaches to content and place of Strategic Planning in Strategic management System is fulfilled, the key role of a bank competitive advantages diagnostics in this process is defined. Theoretical concepts of Strategic Planning hierarchy are examined. Forming of this hierarchy in the bank based on the financial responsibility allocation is proposed. With the aim of Strategic Planning process adaptation to modern trends and specifics of the Retail financial market its scheme is adjusted for implementation by operational segment of Retail business of a Bank. Methodical approach to a bank firm competitive advantages diagnostics on Retail financial market with multi-criteria optimization method MULTIMOORA adjusted by the author was proposed; its experimental approbation on Ukrainian banks with foreign capital was carried out. On the Business Score Card base with ratio economic added value and other relevant Strategic Planning ratios usage Strategic map of a Bank activity on the Retail financial Market was conducted.
