Essay

The thesis work is devoted to the questions of effectiveness of early diagnosis and treatment of violation of the cervix obstructive function in order to prevent obstetric and perinatal complications. Individual clinical and pathogenetic development mechanisms of violation of the cervix obstructive function associated with an equilibration imbalance in the markers system of synthesis and resorption of collagen type I, disorders of hormonal homeostasis and micronutrient status were determined. The correlation between the marker concentration of I type collagen synthesis Total P1NP, concentration of total calcium and ionized magnesium deficiency was made, the interdependence of ionized magnesium deficiency and relative hypoprolactinemia was designated, as well as between the marker concentration of the I type of procollagen synthesis Total P1NP and the cervix length. The pathogenetic mechanisms inherent to violation of the cervix obstructive functionare implemented on the background of inflammatory process of the genital tract, leading to miscarriage and prematurityof pregnancy. A comprehensive, pathogenetically substantiated therapy of violation of the cervix obstructive function was developed and implemented; it allows to eliminate the inflammatory process, provides restoration of hormone homeostasis and micronutrient status and contributes to the pregnancy prolongation to term when the birth of a viable child is possible.
