Aplevych V. The efficiency of Kinesio Taping in program of rehabilitation treatment of idiopathic scoliosis of incipient stages in children of older school age

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of relevant objective of medical rehabilitation, physiotherapy and balneotherapeutics. It is the purpose of involvement the examination of major pathogenetic mechanisms of influence and effectiveness of additional Kinesio Taping application to the standard protocol of rehabilitation treatment in children of older school age, patients with idiopathic scoliosis of incipient stages according to contingent and subject of osteopenia availability. It is established that osteopenia in children with idiopathic scoliosis significantly influence on deterioration in condition of enzyme systems, exchange of minerals and organic compounds, as well as clinical and functional condition of these children. The rehabilitation treatment with Kinesio Taping application in children with idiopathic scoliosis of І-ІІ degrees, allow to bring a vast improvement of their clinical and functional condition (decrease the angle of curvature of the spine, back pain, reduction of functional disorders of the spine and limitations in education, communication and social activity, improvement of biomechanics of the spine); to reach the condition of optimizing enzyme systems, exchange of minerals and organic compounds on the results of biochemical research.
