Essay

The thesis presents the results of the new solving of an actual clinical problem of general practice - family medicine, that is improvement of the treatment of patients with resistant hypertension and concomitant type 2 diabetes in family doctor's practice by using magnetic and magnetic laser therapy in the background of complex medical therapy and therapeutic dosed walking. It was revealed that magnetic laser therapy in complex rehabilitation of patients with resistant hypertension and concomitant type 2 diabetes provides an additional antihypertensive effect, improves peripheral circulation that is manifested in a significant increasing of painless walking distance and increases ankle brachial index and reduces symptoms of diabetic distal neuropathy. Repeated courses of complex medical rehabilitation along with therapeutic physical factors are established to be reasonable every 6 months. It will allow to reduce blood pressure level and signs of neuropathy and angiopathy in patients with this concomitant pathology.
