Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the impact of the complex reform of the agroindustrial complex, the grain transport conveyor (GTC) formation, changing working conditions, the labor process, the working and recreational regimes, the psychophysiological state and the occupatial health of employees of the main links in the grain export process, taking into account exposure to phosphine with mandatory fumigation. The studies included professiography, attestation of work places, and dynamics of physiological functions and psychophysiological status of the organism in the dynamics of a single working period (shift, voyage, and fumigation of the object). Among the 17 industrial and transport facilities surveyed, enterprises are state, corporative (agrocholdings) and private ownership. At first, traditional methods of management are preserved; more than 50 % of production operations are performed in harmful and dangerous working conditions, there are no personal motivations in the development of production, adequate remuneration and material incentives, positive perspectives. At the second and the third that are carriers of progressive trends in the development of production, construction, capacity building, the introduction of innovative technologies, logistics, the transition to automotive lines and operator types of work. Based on the results of the research, the classification indicators of labor were updated in accordance with the "Hygienic classification of labor according to indicators of harmfulness and hazard of factors of the working environment, severity and intensity of the labor process": class 3.1 - operators of flour milling, oil extraction plants and repair units; 3.2. - operators of elevators, grain port terminals and feed mills, drivers of motor vehicles and fumigation units (class 2.0 - control group). A complex of preventive measures was developed and implemented at 9 enterprises
