This dissertational work shows the results of solving the scientific problem, which is at improving the results of complex treatment of purulent wounds of soft tissues in patients with allergy to antibiotics and predicting the course of wound healing based on experimental and clinical studies, creating a prognostic algorithm for the wound healing process, and introduction of combined bacteriophage-liposomal therapy to the clinic. Use of bacteriophage-liposomal therapy in the complex treatment in patients with purulent wounds of soft tissues in compare with traditional treatment leads to an intensification of regenerative processes, acceleration of microbial decontamination and wound healing. Use of bacteriophage-liposomal therapy in the complex treatment of purulent wounds of soft tissues in patients with antibiotic allergy leads to a statistically significant decrease in the number of microorganisms in the wound area by 21.5 %, destructive forms of neutrophils by 17.2 %, an increase in phagocytic forms of neutrophils by 9.4 %, macrophages by 10.2 %, fibroblasts by 32.01 %, phagocytic activity by 12.6 %, phagocytic index by 17.9 %, acceleration of wound clearance by 1.5±0.21 days, formation of active granulations - by 1.4±0.25 days, wound contraction - by 9.1 %, acceleration of the wound healing terms by 1,2±0,5 days and can be considered as a method of choice. The developed method for predicting the healing process of purulent wounds of soft tissues in patients with antibiotic allergy, made it possible to predict the result of wound healing with an accuracy of 81.3 % (sensitivity - 66.7 %, specificity 84.7 %).
