The problem of future musical teacher’s сonductor – chorus training based on the traditions of the Odessa school choir is actualized in this dissertation.Theoretical and methodological understanding of this phenomenon on the basis of the modern paradigm of national higher education makes it possible to consider it as a process of preparing students for conducting and choral innovative work, the end result is an integrated readiness of students to perform various types of music and educational activities based on the traditions of the Odessa school choir.The paper substantiates the specific methods of conducting and choral training future teachers of music based on the traditions of the Odessa School Choir, considered by us based on the organic unity of personality mechanisms, namely: reflection, identification, interpretation and presentation.Determined component structures conductor and choral training future teachers of music based on the traditions of the Odessa school choir as a set of interrelated components: motivational and evaluative, emotional, communication, action-competence and creative and reflective.The criteria, indicators and levels of definite phenomenon.Designed coherent pedagogical model of conducting and choral training future teachers of music based on the traditions of the Odessa School Choir.The results of the experimental test the effectiveness of methods developed phased conducting and choral training future teachers of music based on the traditions of the Odessa School Choir.
