Dissertation research work is devoted to the analysis of modern problems of culture globalization in the context of determination of opera, variety and sacred arts specific as a spectacle sight stage synthesis. It will be that a specification of artistic activity becomes standing the influential factor of globalization of culture. Festival movement in Ukraine is studied as co-operation of professional, amateur art and culture of daily occurrence. It is well proven that high degree of information integration, the communicative saturation of cultural interaction, the dialogue of cultures are found the reflection in the separate types of art, that design priority vivid options, flesh-image, and also national and ethno-cultural intensions of culture creation. Certainly, institualization of artistic activity becomes the influential factor of culture's globalization that is expressed in the culture of daily occurrence. The festival motion in Ukraine is presented as co-operation of professional, amateur art and culture of daily occurrence, the unity of genres of public stage art. The art-exhibition activity in independent Ukraine is considered as a new stage of presentation of cultural and historical potential of fine art. The principles of educational technologies specificaton are determined by an exhibition and library to activity terms of globalization of culture.
