Matvienko M. Formation of skills and abilities for independent studies physical exercises of the students of pedagogical universities

Dissertation is devoted to the actual issue of increasing the effectiveness of physical education of the future teachers by preparing and attracting students of pedagogical specialties to independent physical exercises. The bases of the organization of independent sports and recreational activities of the students of pedagogical universities are covered. The structure of readiness for independent physical exercises of the students of pedagogical universities, including motivational, cognitive and activity (practical) components is determined. The prerequisites for the formation of skills and abilities to independent sports and recreational activities of the future teachers are studied. The problem moments of the modern system of physical education in higher pedagogical educational institutions are revealed. The technique of formation of abilities and skills to independent physical exercises of students of pedagogical universities is presented. The evaluation criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of the students of pedagogical specialties for independent physical exercises are offered. The effectiveness of the introduction of the methodology for forming of skills and abilities to independent exercise by the students of pedagogical universities with positive dynamics of motivation, theoretical and methodological readiness, indicators of the physical state and professionally important psycho-physiological indicators of the development of the future teachers body has been confirmed.
