Essay

The object of the research - is the technological processes of horizontal drilling-and-mixing reinforcement of the foundation soil of structures; goal - is to develop a horizontal drilling-milling ground reinforcement technology to improve the effectiveness of reinforcing the foundations of deformed buildings, structures during the restoration of operational fitness, and also in the reconstruction of facilities; methods: analytical method of information processing - for studying existing technologies for reinforcing the foundations of structures, the method of conducting full-scale experiments - for monitoring the process of the device and the formation of horizontal ground-cement reinforcements, experimental studies - to determine the influence of technological factors on the consolidation of soils, laboratory studies - to determine mechanical characteristics of the soil cement; results - a new principle has been developed for the implementation of technological drilling-mixing processes for reinforcing soils with ground-cement reinforcements, under which each elementary volume of the reinforced soil undergoes multiple processing by drilling-mixing processes - destruction of the soil structure, its grinding, saturation with a water-cement slurry and mixing of the soil-cement mixture; the results of the investigation of the process of destruction of the soil structure are presented, namely, the dependence of the thickness of the cutting chips on the technological factors - linear and rotational speed of the drilling mixer's movements; the results of a study of the influence of technological factors on the process of formation of horizontal ground-cement cement arrays in the soil thickness are obtained and the dependencies of such influence on the formation of mechanical characteristics of soil cement: specific shear resistance, hardness and prismatic strength are obtained; introduced: - the method of strengthening ground-cement reinforcements with rigid structures; - the process of ensuring the horizontal and parallel formation of adjacent ground-cement reinforcements; - constructive and technological equipment and equipment; further developed the method of quality control of strengthening the foundations of structures by reinforcing the soils with horizontal drilling-milling reinforcement; introduced - during the stabilization of deformations arising during the construction of the cafe "Victoria" (now the restaurant "Riviera") in the city of Dnepr (reference № 30-17 dated January 10, 2017, issued by OOO "Solid"); when restoring the operational fitness of the deformed building of the educational complex in the Ryaskoe village Mashevsky district, Poltava region (reference №60-11-565 dated March 17, 2017, issued by the Poltava National Technical Yuri Kondratyuk University); during the reconstruction with the superstructure of the Dnipro hotel in Zaporozhye (reference № 01-28 / 439 dated March 13, 2017, issued by the Zaporozhye State Engineering Academy).
