Essay

The object of research - the processes of forming control and diagnostic decisions in the provision of medical care in the system of family medicine. Goals of research - reduction of risk in decision-making in the complex of clinical monitoring of family medicine based on the construction of a system for processing and registration of medical and biological parameters. Methods of the reseach: the method of comparative identification and mathematical means of algebra of finite predicates; In the module of decision making of the complex of diagnostics for family medicine - a device of fuzzy logic; for evaluation of information content of biomedical signals - methods of information theory, system analysis, theoretical and practical bases of probabilistic-entropy analysis; for creation a meta-model of a universal medical device - an object-oriented approach. The practical significance of the results obtained: the creation of a comprehensive system of clinical monitoring. Scientific novelty: the first proposed mathematical model of the procedure of medical assistance provided by a family doctor on the basis of the protocol of the provision of medical care, which made it possible to improve the accuracy and completeness of medical diagnostic data in the formation of control and diagnostic decisions; - for the first time mathematical models of quantitative analysis and maximization of the informational content of biomedical signals that allowed formulating the requirements for planning protocols used in making control and diagnostic solutions siema - the method of treatment and registration of medical and biological parameters on the basis of the creation of a system of signs of medical diagnostic information has been improved, which allowed to reduce the amount and time of treatment and registration of clinical monitoring data; - received further development of the method of mathematical modeling of medical systems work on the basis of the use of the method comparative identification and apparatus of algebra-logical transformations, which allowed to reduce the average risk of making multi-alternative solutions in the complex of clinical monitoring family medicine.
